BUNIT uses an independent third-party courier company to deliver customer orders. Standard Delivery — KD 1.250 Orders are delivered on the same day or the following day, depending on the time the order is received and delivery availability. Express Delivery — KD 1.500 A faster delivery option for orders requiring same-day delivery, subject to availability and the time the order is placed. Delivery Date Selection: For orders completed before 3:00 PM, customers may select their preferred delivery date at checkout, choosing between same-day delivery or next-day delivery, subject to delivery availability. For orders completed after 3:00 PM, the earliest available delivery date will be the following day. The applicable delivery fee will be clearly displayed before checkout. Delivery is available within the areas covered by BUNIT’s contracted courier service. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of BUNIT products, and for food safety and quality reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery due to a change of mind or personal preference. If there is any visible issue with the order upon delivery, including damage during delivery, an item arriving in an unsatisfactory condition, an incorrect or missing item, or an apparent product defect, please contact BUNIT within one hour of receiving the order. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the affected product and packaging so that we can verify the condition of the order and address the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually. Where an order error or damage resulting from preparation or delivery is verified, BUNIT will take the appropriate action, which may include replacement of the affected product or a refund of its value, depending on the circumstances. The one-hour notification period for visible delivery-related issues allows us to reasonably verify the condition of fresh food products at the time of delivery and does not limit any statutory consumer rights under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
